How we hold your details.
Aurelia is a small room. We treat the information you share with the same restraint we bring to the rest of the day — collected only when needed, kept only as long as useful, and never sold.
What we collect
When you request a table, we ask for your name, email, phone, preferred date and time, party size, and any note you choose to leave. That is all. We do not create accounts, and we do not ask for payment details through this site.
If you write to us by email or call the café, we keep only what is required to answer you and to honour a booking.
How we use it
Reservation details are used to confirm your table, to reach you if plans change, and to prepare the room for your visit. We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or third-party profiling.
We do not run advertising trackers on this website. Analytics, if any, remain anonymised and do not identify you personally.
How long we keep it
Booking details are held for as long as needed to honour the reservation and resolve any follow-up, then removed. Correspondence is kept only while it remains useful to the conversation.
